Garbage Freighter - Room 9

"You are standing on a narrow rail suspended high above the floor of the freighter. A conveyer system below leads to the right grinder. Be careful - it's a long way down."

Room 9 is a location within the Garbage Freighter in Space Quest III. It is noted for being the room that Roger rides the bucket and gets dumped onto the conveyor belt.

Slow Computers

If the player is not on the bucket or belt:

Trash is not carried up a bucket and dumped on the belt.

No sound effect plays in the background.

While riding the far side of the rail, the conveyor background noise will no longer (briefly) play, only the grabber noise will.

The description of the belt and bucket changes, considerably. Evidently, the freighter is capable of shutting down the conveyor and bucket under certain conditions.

It's way down there and not very pretty.		The only junk visible is the small amounts nestled in the conveyer buckets.
